Great tutorial! I’ve made several faux mosaic-type cards, but not quite like this. I have made shiny “tiles” by embossing my paper to start with using versamark and UTEE (or clear ep) in several layers. Then I cut up/punch my paper. It might be a bit faster than waiting for CE to dry.
I’m going to try this idea – what a great project. I really like the effect of the “grout”. Thanks!

I didn’t even think of Versamark and clear embossing powder – that’s a great idea for shiny tiles!
